MILDY ACTIVATED SOLDER WIRE
It has been formulated for use in
high reliability electronic assembly where pure rosin core
does not provide fast spreading and wetting actions and activated
rosin residues may be electrically less reliable. Meets MIL
SPEC QQ-S-571. Note: Wire with 2-3% flux contents is also available.
