SOLDER WIRE (NC-600) |
Utilizing
synthetically refined resin and a very effective activator NC 600
wets and spreads like an RA type. NC 600 core exhibits virtually
no spattering. This results in ensuring safety from hot flux and
molten solder splashing to operator. It conforms to type RMA of
QQ-S-571 and J-STD-004.

MILDY ACTIVATED SOLDER WIRE (RMA-200) |
RMA
200 core conforms and meets type RMA requirements of QQ-S-571. It
has been formulated for use in high reliability electronic assembly
where pure rosin core does not provide fast spreading and wetting
actions and activated rosin residues may be electrically less reliable.

WATER-SOLUBLE
SOLDER WIRE (WS-700)

WS
700 core is formulated for electronic applications where rapid wetting
action and ease of cleaning flux residue with water rinse or in-line
cleaning is required. It is very compatible with all liquid water-soluble
organic flux. It will not decompose and carbonize under prolonged
heat.
